The last room can be used to a workspace or a bedroom with a desk, closets and a sofa bed for 2 people. It’s facing the Boulevard de Vaugirard as well (windows are also double glazed).

The open kitchen is well equipped with a fridge, a deep-freezer, a microwave, an oven, a kettle, a toaster and a coffee maker and a dishwasher. A washing machine/dryer clothes is also available.
