The apartment overlooks the street and can accommodate up to two people.

It is divided in two different floors. In each room the windows are double glazed which enable our tenants from enjoying a calm environment.

On the first level you will access directly to the living room (wooden floor). It is furnished with a sofa bed, a coffee table, a table with three stools and a chest of drawers.

You will also have at your disposal a flat screen TV, a telephone line and internet connection DSL/WiFi (included in rental price).

The open kitchen is fully furnished with two ceramic hobs, a fridge, a microwave oven, an electric kettle, a toaster and all the dishes you need for your stay.

On the upper level you will access the bedroom furnished with a double bed, a table with drawers, two chairs and shelves.

You will then find the washroom with a bathtub, a sink with a mirror, a wash dryer and toilets.

Bath linen and towels are provided.
